They are designed NOT to ride up on you while in the water. When you first zip the vest, it will feel quite tight, then loosen up once you are in the water. Detailed Description Quality neoprene is the foundation of the Eagle Women's Pro Logo Vest. Specifically, it features 1mm ultra-stretch neoprene with extra-large armholes for optimum agility and ventilation. To ensure optimal back safety, ergonomic 13mm flotation in the front and 20mm flotation at the back are included. All of this is designed to provide excellent support without compromising freedom of movement. Handmade in the US, the Eagle Vest is incredibly lightweight so you barely feel it. Please note: This vest is designed for competition slalom water skiing. This is not a Coast Guard Approved Vest.
